At Sol & Soul, we want your shopping experience to be effortless, whether you're receiving your pieces at home or picking them up locally.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australia: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express)
• New Zealand: 3–7 business days
• International: 6–12 business days (location dependent)

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Local Pickup Local customers are welcome to collect their orders free of charge:

• Pickup is available from Woodvale or Wangara 
• Orders are ready within 1–2 business days
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection
• Pickup is by appointment only
• Orders must be collected within 10 days of notification
