At Sol & Soul, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible — from checkout to your door.
Shipping Costs Australian orders are charged a flat rate at checkout:
- Standard shipping: $10 AUD
- Express shipping: $15 AUD
International orders are charged a flat rate based on destination zone:
- New Zealand: $48 AUD
- UK, Europe: $98 AUD
- South America: $98 AUD
- South Africa: $98 AUD
Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. Customers in the UK and EU may also be required to pay VAT upon delivery. Sol & Soul does not collect or remit VAT on international orders at this time.
Local Pickup Local customers are welcome to collect their orders free of charge:
- Pickup is available from Woodvale or Wangara
- Orders are ready within 1–2 business days
- You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection
- Pickup is by appointment only
- Orders must be collected within 10 days of notification
